David Mandel Photography delivers iconic, authentic coverage of your wedding that will inspire you to relive the day every time you view your images. Be confident that you will have a comprehensive collection of photographs that not only document your immediate experience but that also capture those little unexpected moments shared by your favorite people . . . some of whom may never be in the same place at the same time ever again.
The emotional life and individuality of an event is discovered in the unplanned moments. It means everything to be able to catch those unrepeatable moments and share them with you.
Full coverage of your wedding day is provided, from the early-morning makeup and hair to the after-hours celebration and grand exit. Casual engagement sessions and more formal bridal sessions are also available and recommended to be used for save-the-date notices, your wedding website, guestbook printing, and just to have some additional coverage leading up to your actual celebration.
David’s lifetime experience in live theatre provides him with an edge for staying in the moment, finding the essence of the “characters” among family and friends, and being prepared for just about anything (both the dramatic and the comedic) to happen.
Testimonial
Planning a wedding is not an easy feat, and finding the perfect wedding photographer is one of the most daunting tasks. David was our perfect wedding photographer. On our big day David was everywhere, snapping all sorts of photos, but was also unobtrusive. He captured the entire wedding in a very journalistic style and the end result was a beautiful wedding album that truly told a story. We’ve shared our album with many friends and family and after the “oohs and ahs” so many of them said that flipping through the album was like going through a storybook and they felt that they were actually there for every moment. David not only captured us, the bride and groom, on our wedding day, but was also able to capture all the emotions in the room that day by taking so many pictures of our beloved guests. One thing I’ll never forget is the day after the wedding, my parents and I were reminiscing over the previous nights’ events and my mom said, “David was wonderful. He was everywhere and was working so hard taking the perfect pictures, but he had a big smile on his face for the entire day.” The smiling photographer was our perfect photographer.
